As a guest in our Chambres et table d’Hôte you can join us for dinner five evenings a week for a 4 course meal. The changing flavours are mostly mediterranean and based on the freshest of seasonal local produce from nearby farmers and from the garden of your hostess, Sandra. The preparation of entrees, mains and desserts is in the capable hands of your host Erik who is a passionate chef ! Cheese lovers will be introduced to the taste of local goat and sheep varieties.

Roll call for these evening feasts is the aperitif together in the dining room or out in the garden on warm summer evenings. Unquestionably, the delicious food is accompanied by an excellent glass of wine from the Corbières and finished off with a coffee or verbena herb tea.
